Who is Alpar Honey?
Alpar Honey is a family-run business practicing migratory beekeeping in the Central Anatolia and Mediterranean regions. After years of producing honey for other brands and gaining extensive experience, we started selling directly to consumers under our own brand in 2021. Our story is built on respect for nature, seasonally planned migratory beekeeping, clean production, and transparency.
Why is Alpar Wildflower Honey Different?
Wildflower honey becomes unique through production methods, flower composition, and the beekeeper’s expertise. The standout features of Alpar Wildflower Honey include:
Source & Seasonality: Through migratory beekeeping, bees are guided to different flower fields, enriched with pollen from wildflowers, highland blooms, and maquis plants. Therefore, each batch varies geographically and seasonally, with flavor, color, and aroma changing depending on the season.
Raw & Unprocessed: 2025 season honey harvested in July is used; it is neither pasteurized nor heat-treated, preserving natural texture and composition.
Flavor Profile: With a dark amber color, it offers an intense and complex floral aroma, subtle caramel undertones, and a lasting taste.
Texture: Wildflower honey can be offered in crystallized (creamed) or liquid form; natural crystallization under proper storage is a sign of genuine, additive-free honey.
Usage Suggestions: Ideal for breakfast, yogurt, or desserts, and as a natural sweetener in hot drinks.
